- Can I order by phone?​

-Where do you ship from?

​We ship from sweat-free factories located in Beijing, California and now France. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item), as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. We ship for Free World wide via Parcel. This way you are able to receive your items internationally without having to pay any import taxes for orders below $1000. We currently do not offer expedited shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. because of the high import taxes they charge to their customers (you).

-Can I change my address/order?

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

-How do I check on the status of my order?

  • Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when

 

  • * Your order has been received or
    * Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

 

  • If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

-Why was my order cancelled?

  • Lavender Constellation was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

  • If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

 

- How much are the shipping costs?

Worry no more because shipping is on us! Every order includes free worldwide shipping.

- Which international countries do you ship to?

- How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. ​

- What is your Return Policy?

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Gift items purchased online through Lavenderconstellation.store  on or after November 14, 2021 are valid for return through January 8, 2022 or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment.

​Online purchases made through Lavenderconstellation.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores. - How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Please allow 1 week from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
